Kristen Carlson

Kristen Carlson is an experienced leader in the YMCA organization, currently serving as Executive Director of both the Pawtucket Family Branch and the Woonsocket YMCA since May 2022. Prior roles include Operations Director at the YMCA of Greater Providence from April 2018 to July 2020 and Membership Development & Marketing Director at Ocean Community YMCA from August 2015 to April 2018. Kristen has a rich history with the YMCA, having worked as Senior Program Director from February 1999 to April 2006. Kristen holds a Master's Degree in Adult Fitness/Physical Education from Indiana State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Physical Education from Rhode Island College.
