Michelle Polivka

Michelle Polivka is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at YMCA of Rock River Valley. Michelle has held this position since March 2015. Prior to that, they were the Director at Chartwell Agency from August 2012 to March 2015. Before that, they were the Corporate Communications Officer at AMCORE Bank, N.A., now Harris, N.A., from October 2005 to April 2010. Michelle Polivka has also worked as an Account Executive at PR Etc. from October 2010 to August 2012 and as a Morning News Anchor at WREX TV from August 2002 to October 2005. Prior to that, they were the Weekend News Anchor at KLKN TV from November 1999 to June 2002, where they anchored the 6 and 10 weekend newscasts and reported during the week for the 5, 6, and 10.

Michelle Polivka obtained their BS in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

They are on a team with Sarah Renicker - Executive Director, Children's Learning Center, Bobby Reitsch - Executive Director of Development, and Audrey Kunert - Chief People & Culture Officer. Their manager is Brent Pentenburg, CEO.
