Angela Sosa

Angela Sosa is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and facility management within the sports and recreation sectors. Currently serving as Membership Sales and Service at the YMCA of South Florida since June 2023, Angela previously held the position of Client Experience Specialist with Miami Hurricanes Athletics from March 2022 to April 2023. Additional experience includes roles at Florida International University in various capacities within athletics, a Customer Service Representative for the Florida Power & Light Company through a student partnership program, and Guest Service Representative at the Coral Gables Youth Center. Angela also served as General Manager and Facility Manager at Soccer 5 USA and has a solid background in retail as an Athlete at Nike. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Sport Administration at the University of Miami, Angela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Sport Management from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Miami Dade College.
