Rodrigua Ross

Rodrigua Ross, MBA has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly with the YMCA. Rodrigua currently serves as the Senior Vice President of DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) at the YMCA of South Hampton Roads. Prior to this, they held the position of CEO at Dreaming Out Loud Consulting Inc.

Rodrigua's earlier work history includes roles at the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, where they served as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and as the District Executive Director. Rodrigua also served as the Executive Director at the same YMCA from 2004 to 2018. In their various roles, Rodrigua has led and implemented training initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion, established strategic partnerships, and addressed health disparities within communities of color.

Rodrigua Ross holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University. Rodrigua also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Hampton University.
