Carolyn Schwartz

Carolyn Schwartz has extensive experience working with the YMCA, beginning as the Senior Director of Aquatics in 2007 and progressing to various leadership roles such as Executive Director and Associate Executive Director. With a background in aquatics and youth programs, Carolyn has also served as the Executive Director at Riverhouse Children's Center. Currently, Carolyn holds the titles of VP of Impact and Engagement and Executive Director of Youth Development at the YMCA of Southern Arizona, where Carolyn oversees daily operations and staff training to promote the organization's brand and reputation.
