Carolyn Schwartz

Carolyn Schwartz is the current Executive Director of Youth Development at YMCA of Southern Arizona. Carolyn has previously worked as an Associate Executive Director at YMCA of Greater Seattle, Executive Director at RIVERHOUSE CHILDRENS CENTER, and Senior Director of Aquatics at YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region. Carolyn has been dedicated to working with youth for over 20 years and has a passion for helping them reach their full potential.

Carolyn Schwartz studied at Colorado College and achieved a Bachelor's degree.
