Randy Schueler is the Principal at Schueler Group Benefits Corp, which specializes in Employee Benefit, Group Retirement, and HR consulting services, since June 2015. Randy has extensive experience in leadership roles, serving as a Board Member for the YMCA of Southern Interior BC since May 1999, during which time critical fundraising efforts raised over $5 million for expansion projects. Additionally, Randy has been involved with JCI (Junior Chamber International) as a Senator since December 1998 and was a member of VA Angels Kelowna from 2013 to 2016. Prior to current roles, positions included Principal at EnCompass Benefits & HR Solutions and Partner at Russell & Associates, focusing on group benefits and pension consulting. Randy's career began as a Financial Advisor at Freedom 55 Financial and included instructing roles in Singapore and Korea. Randy holds a BA in Arts from The University of British Columbia.

We are a local charity that ignites the potential in people, helping them grow, lead, and give back to their communities. Our YMCA serves over 40,000 individuals each year through 3 health and fitness facilities, 12 child care centres, youth employment services, mindfulless programs, and many community initiatives. Thanks to our generous donors, we are able to offer vital programs and financial assistance to those less fortunate, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to participate.
