Tara Roach

Tara Roach is currently serving as the Grants Accounting Manager at the YMCA of the East Bay since January 2024. Previously, Tara held the position of Accounting Analyst at Fred Finch Youth & Family Services from October 2022 to December 2023, and prior to that, Tara was involved in various roles related to finance and grants management at Love Never Fails from October 2019 to October 2022. Tara's career also includes roles in credentialing coordination at Fred Finch Youth Center CARES, and adjunct professorships in economics at Palomar College and San Diego Miramar College. Tara began academic contributions as a Graduate Student Instructor and Researcher at UC Berkeley, focusing on economic education and natural disaster preparedness. Tara holds a Master of Development Practice from UC Berkeley and a Master's degree in International and Development Economics from the University of San Francisco, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Theater and Performance Studies from UC Berkeley. Currently, Tara is pursuing a degree in Human Nutrition at the Nutritional Therapy Association.
