Scott Weber began their career as the Manager of Global Regulatory Compliance for Plexus Corp in 2006. In this role, they were responsible for providing leadership and direction for the company's global regulatory compliance efforts. Scott also liaised with corporate quality and compliance groups to drive collaborative strategy for regulatory compliance.
In 2008, Weber was promoted to Director of Quality for Plexus Corp. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the company's quality management system, including QMS certifications/registrations, product certification compliance, CAPA, audit, etc. Scott also served as the Management Representative for the company's strategic corporate QMS management review process.
In 2013, Weber was again promoted, this time to VP of Quality for Plexus Corp. In this role, they continued to lead the company's quality management efforts, while also providing guidance and setting policy and vision for regional and site quality. Scott also developed strategies for growth, functional budget management, and drove strategic objectives and initiatives.
In 2018, Weber was promoted to VP of Regulatory for Plexus Corp. In this role, they led the Regulatory vision, strategy, compliance, consistency, and improvement throughout the global enterprise. Scott Weber started their educational career at Neenah High School. Scott then went on to Michigan Technological University where they received their Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME). Finally, they attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering and received their Master's of Science in Engineering Management (MSEM).
