Our mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. Since 1858 we have connected all people to their potential, and we can continue this work through fitness, strength training, group exercise, swimming, youth outreach, senior wellness, youth sports, gymnastics, dance, summer camp, before and after school programs.
