Melissa Bond

Melissa Bond has held various financial management roles at YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley, focusing on payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting. She also played a key role in opening new facilities and supporting all departments within the branch. Prior to this, she served as the Fiscal Director at Project NOW, Inc., where she successfully maintained financial records, implemented internal controls, and achieved a clean audit report. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
