Mikkel Corvin is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network administration and technical support. Currently serving as IT Manager at YMCA of the National Capital Region since June 2016, Mikkel previously held the role of IT Specialist. Mikkel operated as an independent contractor under the name Ottawa IT Pro from July 2013 to May 2016 and again from June 2010 to March 2012, providing comprehensive IT solutions to small businesses in the Ottawa region. Mikkel's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Test Engineer and QA Lead at Virtual Access, where responsibilities encompassed leading system testing for a significant migration project. Mikkel's career began at Virtual Access in various roles, including Pre-Sales Technical Consultant, where responsibilities included international client presentations and product training. Mikkel holds a National Certificate in Computing from Portobello College obtained between 1997 and 1999.
