Sara Pinsky serves as the General Manager of Camping and Outdoor Education at the YMCA of the National Capital Region, where responsibilities include supervising diverse camping programs, managing a budget of $2M, and leading a team of over 150 seasonal and full-time staff. With a focus on partnership development, Sara has successfully collaborated with various community organizations and school boards. Previous roles at the YMCA of the National Capital Region and YMCA Calgary involved staff management, program coordination, and budget oversight, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Algonquin College and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa.
