Jennifer Watson has an extensive career at Delta Air Lines since January 1999, where roles have included Flight Attendant, Learning Specialist, Social Media Specialist, and Customer Service Representative. In addition to training new staff and managing customer inquiries, Jennifer has been involved in hiring talented individuals for the company. Concurrently, Jennifer holds various positions as a Group Exercise Instructor at multiple organizations, including the YMCA of the Suncoast and Club Corporation Of America, leading diverse fitness classes. Previous experience includes Customer Service Supervisor at Northwest Airlines. Jennifer earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Hillsborough Community College between 2012 and 2014.
