Kelly Gates

Kelly Gates has extensive experience in talent acquisition and staff development, having served in various roles at the YMCA of the Triangle since September 2001, including Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Senior Recruiter, and Regional Director of Staff Recruitment and Staff Development. Prior to this, Kelly held positions as Senior Youth Director, Youth Director, and Youth Counselor, demonstrating a strong foundation in youth services. Additionally, Kelly worked as a Teacher at Oak Village Academy from October 2020 to August 2021, further expanding expertise in educational settings.
