Tim Carr

Senior Vice President, Real Estate Development & Facility Management at YMCA of the Triangle

Tim Carr, CFM has over three decades of work experience in facility management and real estate development. Tim began their career in 1987 as a Facility Manager at Lockheed Federal Credit Union. In 1989, they joined Heery International as a Project Manager, where they progressed to roles such as Program Director and Vice President - Carolinas Program Management, overseeing design and construction projects for various facility owners, including K12, Higher Ed, Corporate, and State and Local Governments. In 2015, Tim joined the YMCA of the Triangle as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development & Facility Management.

Tim Carr, CFM received their Bachelor of Architectural Engineering (BAE) degree from Penn State University in 1981, following five years of study from 1976 to 1981.
