Adam Klutts serves as the President and CEO of the YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas since April 2018, bringing extensive experience in leadership within the YMCA organization. Previously, Adam held the position of Executive Vice President and COO at the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA from February 2010 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations across multiple branches, staff development, talent management, and fiscal oversight. Adam's career also includes roles as Senior Group Vice President of Operations and Executive Director at the Central Florida YMCA and Akron Area YMCA, respectively. Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from The University of Akron between 1996 and 2000.
