Paul Parzik

Paul Parzik is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the YMCA and youth sports management. Currently serving as Executive Director for the YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas since October 2023, Parzik previously held similar positions at the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, where significant operational improvements were implemented, including achieving a balanced budget after years of deficit. Prior experience includes managing soccer programs for Soccer Shots, where client contracts and class delivery surged, and coordinating youth sports at Topanga Community Club. Parzik's background also includes co-owning a party entertainment business, managing operations at Disney Institute, and leading the Central Florida YMCA, where impressive growth in budget and community engagement was achieved. Parzik’s education includes studies at Vanderbilt University and Florida Southern College.
