Mike Ennis

Mike Ennis is an accomplished executive in the nonprofit sector with extensive experience in leadership roles at the YMCA. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at the YMCA of Three Rivers since May 2022, Mike has also held positions including Chief Operating Officer at the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario from March 2020 to June 2022, and Vice President of Camping and Youth Engagement at the YMCA of Western Ontario for over a decade. Additional experience includes roles such as Sr. Vice President Operations at YMCA Canada, Manager of Training and Development at YMCA Ontario, and Regional Director at the National Capital Region YMCA-YWCA. Mike's career in membership sales and service began at Strength Tek and features a strong foundation in Recreation Leadership with an educational background from Loyalist College.
