Andrea Gunn is a highly experienced health and wellness professional with a strong focus on Pilates and personal training. Currently serving as a Certified Pilates Instructor at Club Pilates since May 2020 and running an independent training business, Andrea specializes in personalized training that enhances strength, posture, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Andrea has been a personal trainer and fitness instructor at Upper Palmetto YMCA since 2004, demonstrating a commitment to improving the quality of life for older clients. In addition to fitness, Andrea co-owned Signature Hair Bows, LLC from 2007 to 2013, creating handcrafted products for children, driven by a personal mission to bring joy during challenging times. Earlier professional experience includes over six years in executive recruiting at TempO Personnel Services and Kelly Services. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Park University.
