Toby Bramblett

Toby Bramblett is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and strategic organizational success. Currently serving as Executive Director at the YMCA of Western North Carolina since April 2019, Toby emphasizes youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. As Founder and CEO of Slade - Facilitating Organizational Success since September 2017, Toby focuses on strategy, branding, and resource development. Previous roles include Business Development and Project Director at First Community Development, where Toby led a $2.8 million capital campaign, and Director of Operations at Autrey Mill Nature Preserve & Heritage Center, achieving significant fundraising and operational improvements. Toby's early career included notable achievements as an Executive Leader at the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta, where an 80% funding increase was realized over three years, along with initiatives that addressed youth obesity prevention and community outreach. Toby holds a BS in Zoology/Animal Biology from The University of Georgia.
