Jason Rodriguez

Jason Rodriguez, MSOL, PMP®, currently serves as President & CEO of the YMCA of Yonkers, emphasizing community upliftment through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Additionally, Rodriguez works as an Adjunct Lecturer in Organizational Leadership at CUNY-Herbert H. Lehman College, specializing in managing financial resources within non-profit organizations. Previous roles include Business Operations & Strategy Consultant and Associate Executive Director of Business Operations & Strategy at the Educational Alliance's Manny Cantor Center, as well as positions in program and education management at various non-profits, including Breaking Ground and the Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation. Jason Rodriguez holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Lehman College and multiple degrees and certifications focused on urban studies, public administration, and non-profit leadership.
