Crystal Cruz

Crystal Cruz has varied work experience in finance and accounting roles. Crystal is currently the Grant Accounting Director at YMCA of San Diego County, where they develop systems and processes to comply with regulatory requirements and oversees budgeting and forecasting. Previously, they worked as a Program Finance Manager at Mental Health Systems, where they managed financial data distribution and led a team of financial analysts. Crystal also served as an Assistant Controller at California Western School of Law, an Accountant III at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, and a Financial Analyst and Accountant at BIOVIA. Prior to that, they held positions at United Jewish Federation, ConAm Management Corporation, and SCME Mortgage Bankers. Their responsibilities in these roles included reconciliations, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.

Crystal Cruz has a Master's degree in Accounting from National University.
