Justin C. Lipford

Justin C. Lipford currently serves as the YMCA Association Director of Mission Advancement and Director of Community Engagement and Belonging at the YMCA of San Diego County, a position held since May 2019, focused on enhancing the organization's impact through authentic relationships. Additionally, Justin has held the role of Director of Community Engagement at Youth and Family Services YMCA since March 2014 and was the Director at South Bay Community Services from January 2000 to July 2014. Justin earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Springfield College between 2006 and 2008.
