Justin Nietes

Justin Nietes is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience within the YMCA of San Diego County, currently serving as the Marketing Manager for Regional Support since June 2018. In this role, Justin has successfully developed and managed the Virtual Fitness program, creating a vast library of on-demand fitness videos, and implemented MARQ, enhancing marketing efficiency through streamlined processes and templates. Justin's prior roles include Specialty Coordinator I - Marketing at Mission Valley YMCA and Regional Marketing & Communications Director for North County, where strategic execution of marketing plans consistently increased visibility and engagement. With a strong foundation in design as a former Graphic Designer and a solid background in sports coaching, Justin combines creative and strategic skills to effectively communicate and promote the YMCA's mission. Justin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from San Diego State University.
