Krysta Esquivel

Krysta Esquivel has a diverse work experience primarily in the YMCA organization. Krysta started their career in 2002 as a Case Manager at the YMCA of San Diego County. From 2006 to 2011, they served as a Program Director at YMCA Youth and Family Services. In 2011, they joined YMCA of San Diego County again and held various leadership positions including Associate Executive Director from 2011 to 2018, Executive Director from 2018 to 2021, and currently serves as the Vice President of Social Services.

Krysta Esquivel, MSW completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus on Macro Social Work, Policy, and Organizational Development from the University of New England in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University San Marcos from 2003 to 2006.
