Mallory Geltman

Mallory Geltman's work experience includes various roles in talent acquisition and recruitment. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom. Mallory then worked at Ambiance San Francisco from 2011 to 2015, where they held positions such as Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Personal Stylist/Sales Floor Manager. From 2015 to 2016, Mallory worked as a Sales Development Representative at Glassdoor. Mallory then worked as an Executive Recruiter and Staffing Supervisor at Nelson Staffing from 2016 to 2017. In 2020, they were a Senior Professional Recruiter at Swoon, and in 2021, they worked as a Business Sourcer at Plaid. Currently, Mallory is the Talent Acquisition Lead at the YMCA of San Diego County since November 2023.
