Sarah Reese

Sarah Reese is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and leadership within the YMCA organization. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the YMCA of San Diego County since April 2012, Sarah oversees numerous branches and camp operations. Previous roles include Vice President of Branch Operations, Area Vice President, and various regional vice president positions, managing significant operational revenue and a large workforce while serving hundreds of thousands of members and program participants annually. Prior to the YMCA of San Diego County, Sarah held leadership positions at the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington and the YMCA of Greater Kansas City, focusing on customer service enhancement and budget management. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Park University.
