Susie Ferrer

Susie Ferrer has extensive experience in health and wellness management, currently serving as the Head of Department for Health & Wellness, Child Watch, Child Care, ELOP, and Preschool at YMCA of San Diego County since December 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing operations and programming, budget management for three departments, and developing initiatives such as the Women's Wellness Weekend at Camp Marston and the Adventure Guides Program. Ferrer’s background includes roles as a Health and Wellness Coordinator at YMCA, where oversight of various fitness programs was key, and previous positions at companies including Orion International Insurance Services and SA International, focusing on client services and marketing.
