Tess Williams

Tess Williams has a diverse work experience. In 2013, they worked as the Head JV Field Hockey Coach at Poway Unified School District, which they held until 2016. In 2014, they began their roles at YMCA Childcare Resource Service, including being a Program Coordinator, Program Director, and Respite Provider, all of which they held until 2021. In 2014, they also worked as a Field Hockey Coach at Futures until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Employee at Miabella Desserts. Currently, in 2023, they are the Director of Adaptive Care Programs at YMCA of San Diego County.

Tess Williams earned a Bachelor's degree in Child Development from San Diego State University. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Child Development & Mental Health from the same university, which they completed in 2020.
