Todd Tibbits

Todd Tibbits is the current President & CEO at YMCA San Diego. Prior to their current role, they served as the President and CEO of YMCA of Greater Charlotte from March 2016 to August 2021. Todd has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities from December 2012 to January 2016, and as the President and CEO of YMCA of Greater Toledo from December 1999 to December 2012. Todd began their career in 1992 as a Program Director at YMCA of Metropolitan Lansing, and they have also served as the Executive Director of YMCA of Greater New Orleans.

Todd Tibbits has a Master's degree in Organizational Management/Leadership from Springfield College and a degree in Exercise and Sports Science/Recreation from Spring Arbor University.
