Joseph D Norcott Jr is a seasoned motivational, inspirational, and keynote speaker with extensive experience in mentoring, coaching, and authoring. Since September 1998, Joseph has been affiliated with David Norcott, LLC DBA - David Norcott, EMF, while also serving as a training assistant at Discovery! and a wellness coach and personal trainer at YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth since May 2016. Additionally, Joseph has worked as a coordinator since September 2010 and held roles as a goodwill ambassador and construction assistant coordinator at Cheldan Homes until February 2016. Joseph holds a certificate in personal awareness and self-improvement from Discovery Dallas and a certificate in emergency medical technician and firefighting from the University of Maryland. Furthermore, Joseph is a certified peer visitor through the Amputee Coalition of America.
