The Board Governance team at Fort Worth YMCA is responsible for overseeing the organization's strategic direction and ensuring adherence to its mission and values. This team comprises dedicated members who collectively set policies, monitor financial health, and maintain accountability, while also fostering community engagement and support for the YMCA's programs in Hood, Tarrant, and Johnson Counties.
