Enrique López Mañas has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and Android development. Enrique ☕ has worked as an Android Chapter Lead at YML since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Software Engineer, focusing on Android and iOS development, as well as backend development with Java and Kotlin. As the founder of Kotlin Weekly, they have been involved in promoting the use of the Kotlin programming language. Enrique ☕ has also served as an Android & Kotlin Google Developer Expert, recognized by Google for their technical expertise and open-source contributions. In addition, Enrique has worked as a mentor at Google and held senior and manager roles at Sixt rent a car, where they were involved in the development of various applications. Enrique ☕ has also worked as a trainer, recording video tutorials and providing support for Android development and Unity. Furthermore, they have served as a technical editor for a book on Android programming and as a computer science teacher at the Universidad de Alcalá. Throughout their career, Enrique has demonstrated a strong focus on mobile development and a wide range of technical skills.

Enrique ☕ López Mañas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Informatics/IT en Informática de Gestión/Wirtschaftsinformatik from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, which they attended from 2003 to 2008. Enrique ☕ then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science/Ingeniería en Informática at the same university from 2008 to 2011. Enrique also obtained additional certifications, including a Web Application Architectures certification from Coursera in October 2014, a PHP Developer Certificate from W3C in September 2014, and a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2014.
