Minela Bjelevac

Minela Bjelevac is currently the Head of People & Culture at YML. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager at Product Habits from December 2018 to March 2020. There, they helped Saas products improve retention and prioritize features by making better data-driven decisions. Minela also did some research and analysis for Product Tradeoffs, a web series with Hiten Shah and Profitwell's Patrick Campbell. Before that, they were a Growth Consultant at Blockstack PBC from January 2018 to January 2019, where they built the operational foundation to manage Blockstack’s Developer Evangelist Community. Minela has also worked as a Strategic Partnerships Manager for Techstars from July 2012 to February 2019, where they were responsible for Startup Weekend global partnerships, including Google For Startups, CO, Levi’s Strauss, and Brex. Prior to that, they were an Engineer at WAU & Company from November 2009 to July 2012.

Minela Bjelevac reports to Ashish Toshniwal, CEO & Co-Founder. Minela Bjelevac works with Shannon Walters - Group Creative Director, Stephanie Wiseman - VP, Growth & Brand, and Marcela Lay - SVP, Head of Client Strategy & PM Operations.
