Yesika Cepero

Yesika Cepero, SPHR, MSHRM has a diverse and comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Yesika is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at YMP Real Estate Management, LLC. Since 2023. Prior to this, Yesika held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Liberty Power from 2014 to 2021. In this role, they provided strategic leadership and oversight to more than 400 employees across various states in the US and international locations. Yesika also conducted workplace investigations and coached business leaders on organizational and management issues. Before joining Liberty Power, Yesika served as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company from 2014 to 2015.

In their early career, Yesika worked at CoreLogic as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from 2003 to 2011, where they supervised HR processes for over 1200 employees and managed recruitment processes. Yesika also created a business continuity plan for the company. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Area Administrator at Hertz from 2002 to 2003 and as a Human Resources Representative at Motorola from 1991 to 2001, focusing on the Southern Division and Latin America Region.
