Caitlin Parnell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and retail management. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at YNAB since May 2021, Caitlin previously held key managerial roles at Indigo from August 2012 to May 2021, where responsibilities included driving sales and fostering a high-performing team in a high-volume retail setting. Prior to that, Caitlin managed store operations at The Children's Place and American Eagle Outfitters, focusing on sales optimization and staff development. Early career experience includes bartending and serving at Joses Southwest Grille and instruction as an Assistant Choir Director at Springdale Public Schools. Caitlin earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from Missouri State University and pursued a Master's degree in Music Performance at the University of Arkansas.
