Faisal Alnemary PhD, BCBA has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2016 with Co-Founder & Board Member at Ynmo | جنمو. In 2017, they were an Assistant Professor and Vice-Dean of Deanship of University Development (Professional Development Arm) at Taif University. In 2018, they were Adjunct Consultant at the National Program for Developmental and Behavioral Disorder, Ministry of Health, Scientific Committee Member at HRH Prince Mohammed Bin Salman’s Centers for Autism & Developmental Disorders, and Adjunct Professor at Dar Al-Hekma University. In 2019, they were Chief Operating Officer at AUTISM CENTER OF EXCELLENCE - Saudi, President at the Saudi Chapter - The Association for Behavior Analysis International, and Advisor to the Vice Minister of Labor & Social Development at the Ministery of Labor & Social Dvelopment. In 2021, they were a Committee Member - ASD Clinical Parctice Guidelines at the Saudi Health Council - Saudi Arabia, and in 2022 they became Chairperson at the National Committee for Post-Diagnosis Early Intervention Services.

Faisal Alnemary has a diverse educational background. Faisal earned a Bachelor's degree in Autism and Behavior Disorders from King AbdulAziz University in 2002-2006. Faisal then obtained an Autism Spectrum Disorder certification from California State University-Los Angeles in 2008. Faisal went on to earn a M.A. in Education/Teaching of Individuals with Autism from California State University, Los Angeles in 2008-2011. In 2009-2010, they earned an Advanced Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis in School Sittings from California State University, Los Angeles. Faisal then earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Special Education (Autism) from California State University, Los Angeles in 2012-2013. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Autism from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2013-2017. In addition to their educational background, Faisal Alnemary has obtained a The Business of Healthcare (Non-credit Specialization) from the University of Pennsylvania in 2022, an Academic Transformation Leader certification from King AbdulAziz University and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
