Alyson Hancock serves as the Group People Director at The Snowfox Group since January 2018 and has held various human resources leadership roles at YO! Sushi since January 2017, including Human Resources Director and Regional People Manager. Alyson's extensive experience in the hospitality industry includes positions such as Regional People Partner and Recruitment Manager at Tesco Hospitality, General Manager roles at SA Brain and Company Ltd. and The Lo & Behold Group, and a General Manager position for the first international branch of Jamie's Italian. Alyson has a proven track record in operational management, staffing, recruitment, training, and business development across multiple organizations, complemented by a BA (Hons) in Business Management and a Foundation Certificate in HR Practice.
