Laura De San Pedro is an experienced professional in the field of technology systems and management, currently serving as the EPOS & Retail Systems Manager at YO! Sushi since June 2019. Early career roles involved management positions such as General Manager and Kitchen Manager, focusing on team development and operational efficiency. Laura holds a degree in Nursing from Universitat de Barcelona, completed in 2011.
