Sophie Prax currently serves as Senior People Partner at YO! Sushi since January 2023, following a role as People Advisor at Mission Mars from August 2021 to January 2023. Prior to this, Sophie held the position of People Advisor at Barburrito from April 2019 to July 2021 and worked as a Management Information Assistant at Tampopo Limited from March 2013 to September 2014. Educationally, Sophie attended Tameside College during the years 2017 to 2019.
