Jonathan Schraepen

Jonathan Schraepen is a seasoned professional in the construction and real estate sectors, currently serving as the CEO of House of Construction since January 2024. In addition, Schraepen is a member of the management board at Baltiko, which specializes in multifamily, commercial, and industrial developments in Poznan, Poland. Prior to these roles, Schraepen has held leadership positions as CEO of YOBO Real Estate, focusing on innovative residential real estate development, and as corporate real estate negotiator at Key Estate. Previous experience includes general management and ownership roles at Defender House and Mecanic Import / Speedfarm, as well as a sales manager position at R-automobiles. Schraepen holds multiple qualifications, including a postgraduate degree in real estate from KU Leuven and a bachelor’s in real estate from SYNTRA Brussel.
