YOBO (Your Own Business Online) is a commerce and payment platform for offline businesses in Indonesia. We help businesses connect offline payment and customer data and help use it to drive sales and profit growth. Our main product growing fast is a sales CRM and sales automation called VIP Rewards which is a white labeled non app reward program for merchants and malls built on top of payment terminals(EDCs) and connected to WhatsApp. CRITICAL because merchants need customer data but not all customers want to download or keep 20+ different apps even if for their favorite brands: Starbucks, McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King, Matahari App, Eraspace, BOGA, Ismaya, Union, MAPCLUB, Kopi Kenangan, Fore, Chatime, Flash coffee, Uniqlo, Pacific place mall, Grand Indonesia mall, Summarecon mall, Senanyan city mall, Ace Hardware, TADA, Bakmi GM Our go to market strategy per local area is to work with malls, get the tenants in the mall, process payment and get the data of the visitors and customers and expand to offline businesses nearby. We have major brands and malls in Indonesia working with us such as PIK Avenue, ASHTA, Lippo malls and 50+ to be onboarded. Each mall has 80-300 outlets and around 1 million monthly visitors each that we are onboarding.
