Vaishnavi Narasimhan

Vaishnavi Narasimhan is currently serving as the People Operations Manager at MagicDecor® since November 2023. Concurrently, Vaishnavi is a Community Member at 10xTA, The Talent Deck, and The Shape of Work, having taken these roles in July and December 2023, respectively. Previous experience includes working as a People Operations Specialist at Oro from July 2021 to May 2023, and holding various human resources intern positions at SecureKloud Technologies, Rane Group, 360 Degree Cloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd., and ITC Limited between 2020 and 2021. Vaishnavi holds a Master of Social Work in Human Resources Management from Madras School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Commerce from Meenakshi College For Women.
