Karina Bagley

Karina Bagley currently serves as Senior People Business Partner for Technology & Product at Yoco since October 2023. Previously, Karina held the position of Director: Organizational Effectiveness at Clickatell from November 2020 to October 2023, focusing on best practices in Organizational Design and Development, Reward, Learning and Development, and Performance Management. Prior to Clickatell, Karina was the Head of Human Resources at Techno Ponies, where responsibilities included implementing HR best practices and aligning HR objectives with company strategy. Karina's extensive experience at TFG (The Foschini Group) from September 2006 to October 2019 involved various HR roles, culminating as Senior Manager: HR Operations, addressing talent attraction, performance culture, and leadership development. Karina began their career as a Human Resources Trainee after completing a BComm in Industrial Psychology at Stellenbosch University between 2003 and 2005.
