Mohamed El Shamy

Mohamed El Shamy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and product development across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager and Head of POS at Yoco since January 2023, El Shamy previously held the position of Country Manager at Trella and Head of eCommerce. A Senior Product Manager at Amazon from July 2020 to June 2022, El Shamy contributed to the EU Private Brands Accelerator. El Shamy’s earlier career includes a significant tenure at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager of Business Operations to Product Launch Regional Manager. El Shamy is an MBA graduate from INSEAD and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics Engineering from Ain Shams University.
