Neo Ntsobe has a diverse work experience history. They started their career in 2001 at Standard Bank, where they worked as a Customer Services Liaison Officer and later as part of the Johannesburg Ledger Centre. In 2012, Neo joined OLTIO as an Operations Support. From 2005 to 2014, Neo worked at Integrated Processing Solutions (Pty) Limited in various roles, including ePayments Operations Support and Data Analyst. Neo then joined Yoco in 2014 and held several positions including Payment Operations Lead, Customer Support Operations Lead, and Key Accounts Lead. They also served as the Area Lead and Specialised Support and Payment Operations Lead. Currently, Neo is the Key Accounts Lead and Specialised Sales and Support Lead at Yoco.
Neo Ntsobe completed Grade 12 at Saint Francis College from 1993 to 1997. In 2008 to 2009, they obtained a certification in Project Management from Damelin. Additionally, Neo has obtained several certifications in areas such as managing in difficult times, operational excellence foundations, lean six sigma foundations, and business leadership and management principles and practices.
