Rae-Lynn Fletcher

Rae-Lynn Fletcher has extensive experience in marketing and brand management roles. Rae-Lynn currently holds the position of Head of Marketing Operations at Yoco. Prior to this, they served as Head of Marketing at Mr D Food from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they worked at Capitec Bank as the Head of Channel Marketing from 2015 to 2018. Rae-Lynn also worked at Distell, where they held various positions, including Trade Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager for Premium Wines, and Brand Manager for Mainstay and Count Pushkin. Rae-Lynn began their career at Distell as a Brand Manager for Rothmans, Craven A, Vogue, and VFM Brands. Rae-Lynn has a strong background in developing marketing strategies, managing brand portfolios, and implementing effective campaigns.

Rae-Lynn Fletcher earned a Bachelor of Business Science degree with a focus on Marketing, Economics, and Statistics from the University of Cape Town from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Senior Matric Certificate from St Dominics Convent between 1996 and 2000, with studies in Maths, English, Afrikaans, Biology, Geography, and Science.
