Julian Arber has an extensive work experience beginning in 2002 when they were a Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble. In 2004, they moved to McKinsey & Company as a Management Consultant. In 2009, they joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Services employee. After a year, they moved to Strategic Growth Capital as a Private Equity employee. In 2011, they joined Morgan Stanley as a Financial Services employee. In 2013, they founded and became Managing Partner of ARCU Capital. Finally, in 2022, they became CEO and Co-Founder of YoCripto.

Julian Arber attended Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Economics, Summa Cum Laude. Julian then attended Harvard Business School from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Master of Business Administration. Finally, they attended Harvard Business School in 2017, where they earned a degree in Private Equity and Venture Capital.
