Yasmin Hassan

Yasmin Hassan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2019, they worked as a Summer Intern at DBK Pharma and the National Research Centre (NRC), where they gained exposure to the pharmaceutical and research sectors. Yasmin then joined October 6 University as a Research Assistant, assisting in the natural product extraction unit.

In 2020, Yasmin interned at AstraZeneca during the summer, further expanding their knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry. Yasmin also worked as a Pharmacist at Dr. Sarah Pharmacy from July 2020 to July 2021.

In 2021, Yasmin served as a Shift Manager at Al-magd Pharmacies and an Assistant Manager at Ali and Ali pharmacies. Yasmin then transitioned to the healthcare technology sector, working as a Help Desk Pharmacist at Yodawy from June 2021 to December 2021. In this role, they provided support to customers and ensured the smooth running of operations.

In 2022, Yasmin joined MediConsult S.A.E as a Medical Claims Specialist, managing daily claims administration work and evaluating claim eligibility. Yasmin focused on improving efficiency, minimizing errors, and resolving medical claims through payment or denial processes.

Throughout their experience, Yasmin has gained skills in medical claims management, customer support, team coordination, and research assistance.

Yasmin Hassan completed their education with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from October 6 University, where they studied from 2016 to 2021. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Microbiology and Immunology Diploma at Cairo University from 2022 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, Yasmin earned certifications in "Working with Upset Customers" from LinkedIn in August 2022, and in "Budgeting and Scheduling Projects" as well as "Initiating and Planning Projects" from Coursera in February 2018 and September 2017, respectively.
