Hong Tran

Hong Tran is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on talent acquisition and employer branding. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager at YODY since September 2023, Hong has previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at Shopee from April 2021 to August 2023. Prior to that, Hong worked as the HR Business Partner Senior Supervisor at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd., where responsibilities included supporting commercial divisions in HR services and implementing employer branding activities in Hanoi. Hong's career began at Acacy Co., Ltd. as the HR & Recruitment Manager, overseeing recruitment strategies for major clients. Hong is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in HR and Organization at Rome Business School, with a foundational education from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
